Seasons at Sandpoint - Phase 1

The Seasons at Sandpoint is a resort getaway located on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille. The project is divided into four phases, the first of which consists of 30 condominiums, a three-story clubhouse, site infrastructure for the entire site, and a parking area. Lydig spent many hours working with the owners on value engineering for this project. This valueable preconstruction service helped all parties meet deadline and budget requirements.
