Black Hall - Central Washington University

This project involved the selective demolition and renovation of a two-story education building, as well as the addition of 75,000 SF of space. An interior two-story atrium boasts a large skylight and central staircase, while extensive mechanical and electrical systems were installed to accommodate lightning protection, broadband LAN and fiber optic communications, in addition to audio/visual and distance learning capabilities.
